As a Store Manager in Training, you will be learn all aspects of the retail business, providing leadership and vision to your team to ensure that desired results are achieved.
Our Store Managers in Training work in partnership with our management teams and direct the delivery of products, services or functions at group, regional or divisional levels of organizations all while supporting and nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

As our Store Manager in Training, you will get to:
Ensure the proper staffing and coverage is in place through correct scheduling to forecasted salesBuilding strategies to maintain positive Customer Satisfaction scoresMaintain company and store merchandising standards, overseeing efforts to consistently present an organized, clean, and fun in-store experience.
This includes ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed, demo-ready and in accordance with planogram setup guidelines.
Oversee price updates, ensuring they are effectively administeredAdditional duties as assigned.
Requirements:

years of previous experience operating/managing in similar environments2
years of supervisory or management experience leading teamsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Must be able to work weekends, holiday, and eveningsMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Up to 5% domestic travel to attend meetings and trainingsMust be willing to accept placement as a Store Manager at any available store location within the specified geographic area including but not limited to Indianapolis, Kansas City, and St.
Louis.
Preferences:
Bachelor's DegreeUnderstanding of retail systems and processesAbout the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
